I took my 3 month old baby Ella to the course and both of us enjoyed it immensely. It was fantastic to learn some massage techniques for wind/tummy upsets, sore muscles etc...but best of all...it was the bonding that i shared with my baby through the power of touch. Rachel is an excellent teacher who focuses on us mothers as much as our babies...and the importance of us taking time for ourslves....i loved this course so much...want to do it again!
